Position 114 - SaaS Operations Manager - Located in Israel
The SaaS Operations Manager is central to TaKaDu's operations center, providing all back office support to TaKaDu's customers (water utilities using TaKaDu's service) directly or via business partners. The SaaS Operations Manager manages all data conversions, environment settings as well as customer support requests, ensuring TaKaDu's ongoing service availability. The SaaS Operations Manager is responsible for TaKaDu's IT.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform and manage all back office activities comprising the TaKaDu service to its customers
- Manage and maintain all system environments (production, testing, training etc.)
- Define and develop the required processes as well as the automatic tools needed for the improved efficiency and reliability of the TaKaDu operations center and its SLA
- Ensure ongoing 24/7 service availability to TaKaDu's international customers, directly or via business partners
- Outstanding troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Managing the purchasing of all software, hardware and IT supplies
- Serving as a main point of contact for all IT related matters
- Initiating and implementing improvements in all areas of IT responsibility
Qualifications:
- Main Responsibilities
- B.Sc. in exact sciences/engineering (Math, CS, IE)
- At least 2-3 years of experience with installation/configuration and maintenance of software systems, in a production environment
- At least 2-3 years of customer support of software systems
- Experience with project management, process definition and implementation
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with automation of system setup
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages
- Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and still be a good team player
- Service oriented
- Fluent in English
Advantages:
